By accessing and using the services of Fuega AI LLC ("Fuega AI", "we", "our"), you ("the Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.
Fuega AI provides AI-powered digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
Our services use artificial intelligence to generate content and strategies, with human supervision and approval before publication or execution.
Services are offered through monthly subscriptions. Charges are made at the beginning of each billing period.
Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD). Prices in other currencies are approximations and may vary based on current exchange rates.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on the next billing period.
No refunds are offered for partial periods. If you cancel, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Plans that include Google Ads and/or Meta Ads management do not include the advertising budget. Ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms (Google, Meta). Fuega AI manages and optimizes campaigns but is not responsible for charges made by those platforms.
All content created by Fuega AI for the Client is owned by the Client once the corresponding service is paid for.
The Client acknowledges that Fuega AI uses artificial intelligence models to generate content. While all content is reviewed by humans, it may contain inaccuracies. The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving content before final use.
Fuega AI reserves the right to use anonymized examples of work performed in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client agrees to:
Either party may cancel the service at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No early cancellation penalties are charged.
Fuega AI does not guarantee specific marketing results (increased sales, followers, traffic, etc.). Results depend on multiple factors, including the market, competition and the quality of the Client's product or service.
Fuega AI's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the last 3 months of service.
Fuega AI commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all Client information and not sharing it with third parties, except when necessary for service delivery (for example, publishing content on platforms authorized by the Client).
Fuega AI reserves the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware.
